
CARDIO WORKOUT

When I'm preparing
for a bodybuilding competition...cardio twice per day.
Treadmill or Stairmaster for 45 minutes every day in
the morning before breakfast.
Elliptical or Cross trainer for 30 minutes after upper body weight training
workouts.
A lean athletic appearance that shows muscle definition is achieved
by performing cardio regularly and eating properly.
When I'm preparing
for a weightlifting competition...cardio is kept to a minimum:
Treadmill for 45 minutes one day per week.
My weightlifting takes priority and I focus on increasing strength and
power.
